Concert Series

We are excited to announce a spring concert series! The entire community is invited to free concerts celebrating music and fellowship. A love offering will be taken each concert to help offset artist and concert expenses. Join us for:

• March - The Ransomes - a local husband and wife duo singing familiar songs mixed with original compositions.
  Concert date: Sunday March 17, 7:00pm. 
• April - Elizabeth Von Trapp - the grandaughter of the famous Von Trapps continues the musical tradition and will be with us sharing her story and music. Concert date: Wednesday April 17, 7:00pm.
• May - Joshua Wortham - a very talented singer and pianist who also serves as Music Director for Chester UMC. Concert date: Wednesday, May 22, 7:00pm.

School Care

New Hope United Methodist Church, in partnership with Foundations Learning Centers, is providing before and after school care, beginning with the fall 2012 school year. Beginning as early as 6am, and going until as late as 6pm, New Hope will be a safe place to wait for the bus in the morning and work on homework in the afternoon. Rates are reasonable. Transportation will be provided to/from Petsworth Elementary School (Gloucester). Additional nearby schools may be able to be added in the near future, depending on need.

Worship

We worship on Sundays at 11:00am, with Sunday School classes for all ages at 9:45am.
Our worship style would be considered traditional, with responsive liturgies, dynamic hymns, powerful Scripture, and dynamic preaching.
The worship team keeps just enough surprise that you don't want to miss a Sunday!
